1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Elysia Spa & Wellness ("Company," “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Spa Reservations & Cancellation Policy

All treatments are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your spa reservation. Elysia Spa & Wellness shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or incidents related to undisclosed medical conditions.

4. Code of Conduct

To ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all guests, we ask that you respect our spa etiquette. Please mute all mobile devices and maintain a quiet voice in all common areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
